A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via the inquiry form. These are: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, but personal data can also be information about the goods in which the customer is interested - for example, the characteristics of the given product.
For what reason?
We will contact you through them for further agreement regarding the goods.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiating a contract or taking measures prior to concluding a contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 1 year from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you provide to us. This is mainly billing data: name, surname, address and telephone number.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you via the contact details regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of the contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – performance of our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our service and then 1 year from the last provision of such a service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and you did not prohibit us from doing so when purchasing, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletters.
On what legal basis?
This is permitted by the provisions of Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so when making a purchase.
How long will we process your personal data?
1 year from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by email or contact us at info@beachswan.com
II. Who will have access to the data?
Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or other persons work for us and have access to the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. They are:
the operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (the company Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID 289 35 675, the company is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 25 395)
companies involved in the dispatch of goods (GLS)
We process personal data only within the European Union.
III. What else should you know
We do not have a designated data protection officer in our company.
Our company makes decisions based on automatic processing or profiling.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to take your claims to court.
